Primoforno uses a protocol of constant verification and approval for suppliers, so as to guarantee that every supplier of raw ingredients and packaging is able to manage the risks associated with the safety and quality of the raw ingredients and to adopt efficient tracking procedures.
To achieve its goals regarding guarantees of food safety, Primoforno has built a network of qualified suppliers, (who are inspected regularly and qualified each year) through which it is able to efficiently and quickly meet clients’ needs, whether for products or for packaging and logistics.
Suppliers are evaluated through regular audits performed by the Quality Department and through the completion of self-evaluation questionnaires by the supplier.
Raw ingredients received from the suppliers are regularly examined and undergo chemical, sensory, microbiological and nutritional analysis, both of the raw ingredients and the finished product.
